In his free time, Dad often dreamed up Western shots he could complete at his studio. He and his brother Gordon built a small set behind the building for this picture. They picked out the right boot and spur from their giant prop collection. To complete the shot, they even brought in hay to give it an authentic feel. In no time, they showcased a small detail of the Old West.
