Description
Dad traveled to a private ranch in Colorado on this trip. Overnight a giant storm dumped three feet of snow on the ranch and the temperatures dropped to -10 degrees.
Dad wanted to re-create the winter working conditions of the average cowboy. The snowstorm created the perfect situation. Mike, the model, suggested an all-out run through the snow in the corral. Dad had three passes to capture this image and then the sun sank behind the mountains.
