Description

The story behind the photo: Dad created a series of Old West sepia tone images during the ’90s. For this photo, he envisioned a moody scene at Old Tucson Movie Studios near Tucson, Arizona. The Reno, a steam locomotive on static display, and the water tower really made the scene. All Dad added was a model and fog.

Dad took this picture in the nick of time. In 1995 an arsonist in the park set a huge fire. It destroyed the famous mission building as well as the water tower. The train was also damaged.
